Search anywhere on the internet and you’ll find something somewhere telling you the benefits of practising gratitude. I like to think I’m an optimistic person, but the last few years have tested me (to the MAX) and I've noticed I’m more prone to a bit of a moan these days, especially about work. I need to put in more effort to remind myself of the great parts too, otherwise if I’m not careful the moaning can shadow the good bits.
So, I thought I’d do a regular post about what I’m grateful for to remind myself to not be such a miserable bastard.
